Ok we have done this before with a group of 5 and no Mercs with just a ranger and necro soul orbs for healing, requirement is basically a lot of DPS, healing is a bonus as is slowing we have done without both specific healer and slower classes before.
If we can get more than one group I would be nice.
We also need a character willing to sacrifice themselves on the first Death Touch from the Keeper of Souls, a rez will be supplied as well as sweeties, hugs and a bandaid for the owie taken in the line of duty!
To answer Thalgins points 2 and 3 the following strategy will be adopted:
We are not going to key on the way as this will make it too long a run, want to get this done in 2 hours tops. So if you have no key you have one option to attend as below:
"Die on isle 1/2 and you can be summoned and rezzed to isle 4 when the rest of us get there."
For those that have keys please bring the following keys:
Isles 1-2 Key of the Misplaced (purchased 105pp thereabouts from keymaster isle 1)
Isles 2-3 Key of Misfortune
Isles 3-4 Key of Beasts
As per Striider's point six above, please do bring Invis potions if you can't invis, plus shrink if you need and gate to get you back to PoK from Freeport docks.
Necro's please bring coffins and EE's just in case, Mercs are more than welcome especially rezzing clerics !
Porting in via Guild portal will not strip buffs, Only one player has to set the portal using a cloudy stone of Veeshan purchased from the vertically challenged vendor in the guild lobby, which I will do.
When you port in to sky on isle 1 nothing is KOS, we will do a final buff, set any mercs to passive invis up and then port through to Isles 2 then 3 then 4. There are multiple portals on isle 1 map below shows which one gets you to 2, from there it's one portal per isle.
Once on Isle 4 we will set up at the northern tip of the island, nominated puller is the ONLY person that will pull, we need to stop Cleric Mercs pulling aggro by healing a feigned puller so we should use the group utilities available to us to do this.
Mobs:Initially only the following mobs are up and are not KOS:
A Soul Carrier x 3
An Essence Harvester x 3
Eternal Spirit
The Gale Caller
All are level 52 wander and assist their colleagues so we need to be aware and avoid adds if possible as these mobs split on death as below:
So we end up with in total the following additional mobs:
an essence carrier x 6 spawned by by killing "a soul carrier"
an essence tamer x 6 spawned by killing "an essence carrier"
a soul harvester x 6 spawned by killing "an essence harvester"
a soul tamer x 6 spawned by killing "a soul harvester"
All are KOS and assist and range from 54-56, the essence tamer and soul tamers both Enrage, all mobs can cast Whirl till you hurl.
The Essence Tamer drops the Swirling Sphere of Colour for the Ranger Epic so as you can see we have multiple chances on this.
It would be good if we had enough people to off tank the additional mobs, if not suggest someone roots off one of respawns and we concentrate on one chain of mobs at a time.
If anyone wants to get keyed for Isle 5 then the drop here for the key quest is a "Bird Whistle" which when given to Siran gets you an "Avian Key" after the boss mob is killed.
Boss Mob:Because the Boss (Keeper of Souls) is not up when we arrive, we will need to spawn him. This is fairly straightforward. When any of the three "a soul carrier" or any of the three "an essence harvester" are killed, this will start a timer (exact time unknown, but confirmed as low as 65 minutes [Confirmed 5/28/2006]) which, when time is up, will spawn the Keeper of Souls.
We need to have cleared the island before Keeper appears as we do not need a Death touching mob joining in a fight when we are not prepared.

Sacrifice Requirement - The victim/sacrifice should not be anyone who can dish out a large amount of damage. We tried this before with Inventor opening up with Life Burn but the Mob DT'd before he could complete casting the AA, as soon as your invis goes you will get DT'd so you cannot open the engagement by casting unless you are using something that has no cast time at all.
Boss Fight Strategy - All invis at northern tip and once Keeper pops move towards the mob invised, sacrifice aggros the mob and gets DT'd all are to attack immediately, do not wait for a tank to get aggro just pile in as much damage as you can straight away as the plan is to burn the mob down within 45 seconds avoiding a second Death Touch weakening the raid.
Suggest Necro's open up with the Life Burn AA if they have it, two of these will reduce the mobs health considerably!
Once dead loot up and hopefully celebrate, rez those who need it back in and then depart by jumping off via the EAST side of the isle, you will pop up in the sea by Freeport.
Alternative plan - To answer Thalgin's point 4 and Sky is camped etc. We proceed to Hate and detroy all the old world mini Bosses in Search of Fusillade's "Shattered Emerald of Corruption" which drops randomly off the following mobs in the easiest part of the revamped Hate accessible via the guild portal:
